PROPHETESS BETTY OMOLO

Prophetess Betty Kadori is the Senior Pastor of Zion Fire Anointing Center; the church started out in 19th April 1999 with 4 members including herself but now it has grown to over 1,000 members. Pastor Betty as she is fondly called is a dynamic and charismatic preacher having preached for over 13 years. Prophetess Betty was born in Bura, Taita Taveta District which is in Coastal part of Kenya in the year 1979 she is the 2nd in a family of six children. As the daughter of a secular musician, her father disappeared from home for several years. At the age of twelve with practically low schooling, she went for casual labour to provide for her family which eventually forced her to drop out of school. Her father’s return did not relief the family from starvation, he went around collecting leftover food from hotels to feed the family. Nobody even her relatives wanted to come to their rescue. At the age of seventeen, she went to Mombasa looking for employment but in vain, she retorted to selling Tomatoes and Vegetables. Life became very hard, that she could go for many days without food. She really wanted to know God to help her from the situation. She eventually received Christ on 13th May 1996. She joined a local church and later appointed as an assistant pastor due to her commitment in that church. She had a call in her life which made her start her ministry in 1999. She is currently the Bishop of Zion Fire Anointing Ministries. Zion Fire Anointing Center is the fastest growing church in Mombasa, Kenya. It is a very multicultural church with every tribe represented. Bishop Betty challenges her members to succeed both spiritually and in every sphere of life irrespective of the challenge. Bishop Betty is not one to hold back, she shares from his personal life which most people can relate to in their day to day life. She is a woman with a vision, directed by God and motivated to carry on the will of the heavenly father, her vision is to create heavenly minded people who are able to influence and impact and also make a difference in their world through the word of God and the messages from the word.
